Volts Parts is a professional Chinese manufacturer specialising in auto and new energy vehicle spare parts. Our factory produces components across 19 part categories — from brake systems and engine parts to EV drive motors and battery management modules.
We supply wholesale to importers, distributors, and fleet operators globally. Every part is manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensional and performance specifications, backed by our ISO9001 quality management system certified by TÜV Rheinland.

Production Facility
Integrated manufacturing from raw material to finished part
Integrated Production Lines
Dedicated lines for brake components, chassis parts, electrical assemblies, and NEV-specific components. CNC machining, casting, and precision assembly under one roof.
In-House Quality Lab
Dimensional inspection, material composition testing, and performance validation. Every batch is tested before shipment. Non-conforming parts are quarantined and rejected.
Bulk Shipment Ready
Full container load (FCL) and less-than-container load (LCL) export packaging. Parts are individually wrapped, labelled with OE numbers, and palletised to international shipping standards.
OE-Spec Tooling
Tooling and dies are maintained to OEM dimensional tolerances. We cross-reference against OE part drawings to ensure fitment accuracy across all supported vehicle platforms.
